The Avatar Box is the header of your page: your avatar or logo, the page title and a short description. It is the first thing visitors see. Click it on the device preview, or use Options → Edit Avatar Box, to open its inspector.
Visibility
The Visibility button at the top of the inspector has switches to:
- Hide the title, hide the avatar or hide the short description — for example to use only a background image as the header.
- Show account name — prints your
@usernamein the header. - Show in widget — whether the avatar box appears in the embeddable widget version of your page. Remember to publish the widget page after changing it.
Content
- Title and Subtitle — one value per language. They are also the default SEO title and description (Settings → SEO).
- Location — a short place line, e.g. city and country.
- Heading font — override the page heading font, weight and italic for this title only.
- Text color — defaults to the page text color.
- Content position — margin top of the whole box, inner margin above and below the text, inner padding, minimum height (700 = full screen) and the box radius.
- Justify content — align the avatar and text to the start, center or end.
Design
- Templates — six ready-made layouts: Modern, Compact, Bold, Minimal, Left and Rounded top. Click one to try it on the device preview, then Apply to keep it or Cancel to discard. Nothing is saved until you apply.
- Box border and Shadow — the outline and shadow of the box itself.
- Space outside — adds side spacing so the box doesn't touch the phone edges.
Avatar
- Avatar — upload an image or a short video. Square images work best; use Ratio for other shapes.
- Position — top, left (beside the text) or bottom.
- Background color and Padding — a color behind the image and room around it, useful for logos.
- Border — the ring around the image (width, color, style).
- Radius — how round the image is, up to a full circle.
- Size — from 50 to 300 px.
- Frame — shadow presets: none, 1px, shadow, shadow bottom, shadow top, shadow border or strong.
Background
A background just for the header, independent of the page background: a color (solid or gradient) and/or an image or video with size, position, opacity, blend mode, fixed scroll and top / bottom fade masks.
Tips
- On desktop, the Sidebar layouts (Settings → General) place the avatar box beside the blocks. A block can also be pinned under the avatar box on desktop from its own Visibility options.
- Switch the editor to Desktop in the toolbar to check how the header looks on wide screens.
